Voices rose, tempers flared, and in the heat of the moment he yelled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cYou aren\u2019t so good in bed either!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With that, he grabbed his things and stormed off to work, still fuming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But by mid-morning, guilt started creeping in. The more he replayed the argument, the worse he felt. Finally, he decided to call home and apologize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When his wife didn\u2019t answer right away, he got irritated again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After several rings she finally picked up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He snapped, <strong>\u201cWhat took you so long to answer?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her reply made him freeze:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cI was in bed.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He swallowed hard. \u201cIn bed? <em>At this time?!<\/em> Why?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She calmly said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cGetting a second opinion.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And just like that\u2026 the doctor realized he definitely lost that argument.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A doctor and his wife were having a massive argument at breakfast.
